ELTEK Distribution presents an innovative intercom solution from Aiphone, global industry leader: the adaptor for the IP video intercom compatible with the JK Series from Aiphone.

JKW-IP is a new solution that allows viewing and controlling the video intercom system from the PC, which operates as master station. The equipment is highly appreciated and was declared winner of "Best IP Product" at the ISC WEST Security Show in Las Vegas, USA in March 2010.

The solution is ideal for companies wishing to achieve effective access control in their facilities (office buildings, factories, hospitals, commercial buildings, etc.), for education institutions wishing to provide high security to their students, as well as for the residential environment.

The main characteristics recommending JKW-IP as a performance solution that can visibly improve a security system are:

• Door entry security can be controlled more effectively, as the system allows 24/7 identification and access to visitors from network location.
• The video intercom camera allows wide view (approx. 170°), zoom, and pan and tilt for better visitor identification.
• Internal calls between the PC and a video intercom from another room can be made.
• It has audio and video recording capability, with the PC operating as NVR. The recording can be automatic whenever the video intercom is being activated or manual when the administrator clicks on the Rec. button. The recordings can be played on the PC at any time.
• The system is capable to send messages (photo and text) to the e-mail address whenever a video intercom call or alarm (fire, intrusion, etc.) is being activated. The JKW-IP features 4 inputs for the outdoor sensors (intrusion, fire, gas, flood, etc.). It can be integrated with fire alarm systems or with intrusion detection systems. Up to 10 e-mail addresses can be preset for receiving the message.
• Capability to connect up to 10 PCs to an IP adaptor and to interconnect up to 20 JKW-IP adaptors within the same network.
• Includes system management software
