RADVISION Launches Scorpia XT 1000 - HD Videoconferencing at the Highest Standards

ELTEK Distribution brings to Romania the new High Definition videoconferencing system, SCORPIA XT 1000 from RADVISION. This high performance system was launched by the well-known Israeli videoconferencing devices manufacturer in April 2010.

Based both on RADVISION's experience in the field of video communications and on the state-of-the-art technology developed in time by Aethra (a company recently purchased by the Israeli manufacturer), this system holds a remarkable set of features:

- Full HD dual 1080p 30fps. It sustains two Full HD streams that can be used simultaneously, either both for video transmissions, or one for video transmission and the other for PC presentations. The package also includes a high end 10x optical zoom PTZ camera.

- High resolution data transfer from a PC. The quality of the data transferred is not altered, even if the main channel operates at Full HD 1080p 30fps resolution.

- Possibility of multi point videoconference with up to 9 locations thanks to the built-in MCU video server.

- Full frequency band and a microphone using advance sound capturing technology. XT1000 uses 48kHz (full band) audio encoding to ensure high clarity audio transmission with no loss of quality. The technology of the microphone uses 3-way sound capture and places the focus on the speaker, isolating the background noise.
