New IR Vari-Focal lenses for HD cameras from Tamron

Tamron announces the launch of two new Vari-Focal lenses with 1 / 3" format, 2.8 - 8 mm focal length, compatible with megapixel cameras with Day / Night function:

• M13VM288IR - manual iris
  M13VG288IR - auto iris 

The two lenses have the ability to offer full-HD images on the entire focal range, both in the visible and near infrared (NIR) spectrum, compatible even with a 3-megapixel resolution systems.

Also, the lenses have a new optical design, to reduce reflections and chromatic aberrations, to get sharper images with better contrast.
