Evoko Room Manager is a very simple system, but very efficient and reliable. It can be installed on the wall, outside the meeting room and directly connected to the company's Exchange Server. The system doesn't require any additional software and it seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Outlook.

All important information are displayed on the main screen: the current time, start time and end time of the meeting in progress, as well as the remaning time of it.

The sensitive touch screen displays a clear structured menu which allows easy tracking of the status of appointments and offers the user the opportunity to make reservations on the spot, to cancel a reservation or to extend an ongoing session. Reservations can be made also through Microsoft Outlook or remotely, online.

Another very useful feature is the reporting of malfunctions, by simply accessing some representative icons.
The sleek design of the displays are given by the aluminium case, discreetly illuminated in red when the room is occupied and green when it is free.
